MEET AND DISCUSS ABOUT THE CAREER GUIDANCE SUPPORT MODEL FOR SPECIAL YOUTH
Director of the Special Education Center in Hai Duong, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuan Anh, recently met with Imago Work Director, Ms. Michele Beard, to discuss a career support model for special teenagers. The integrated model includes life skills, social skills, work skills, and career guidance. Additionally, it features a comprehensive training program from enrollment, internships, to job applications for each participant. Each individual with special needs undergoes a comprehensive assessment of their skills to tailor their learning and teaching approach accordingly. Participants will learn essential skills such as hygiene, greetings, communication with colleagues, adapting to the work environment, and workplace etiquette. Following this, they will receive guidance on vocational skills, engage in practical exercises, and receive feedback from instructors during each training session.
