From July 22nd to 27th, 2019, the leaders and teachers of the Special Education Center of Hai Duong attended a training course on ‘enhancing teaching capacity for Vietnamese teachers in the field of Special Education’. The course was organized by Special Education experts from South Korea in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam.
